Doodling is our birthright; It is effortless, fulfilling. It does not require learned skill, or what is often considered talent or any special understanding. It is in us because it originates in the origin of our Self and so it is original. If you already doodle, my hope is that this book will bring more value to what you already are doing. If you have not doodled yet, I encourage you to try it and discover for yourself where it leads.

Walking Meditations

One soft day on a small beach on the coast of Massachusetts I was taking a slow-paced walk. There were few people on the beach, and I guess I was looking down on the sand. And I saw a teeny tiny shell. It was so perfect, so sweet, so full of beauty, I thought, a tiny treasure; I pulled my iPhone out of my pocket and took a picture.
The moment I looked up a thought floated by; ”Keep walking and look for tiny treasures”, it whispered. My mind accepted the directive, and I was freed to be the awareness to an encompassing huge vista of “tiny treasures”.
And so it began…For years I would be doing these “Walking Meditations” following the little voice that whispers the directive…”Look for what is at your feet”…”Look for Snow Shadows”…”Look for shades of green in grass”…”The trees are crying”…
